Job Description

Proton Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our cybersecurity and IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of projects within the company, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including internal staff and external partners
• Communicate project status to clients, stakeholders, and management
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and performance standards
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in cybersecurity and IT
• Communicate between Clients and IT-Cyber Experts in the company

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a cybersecurity or IT environment
• Experience managing projects with budgets of $400,000 or more
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT concepts
• Experience with project management software and tools
